My name is Greg Coelho, I have lived in the Newport Washington Area for the past 9 years. In addition to being a Real Estate Broker, I’m the owner/ operator of GSC Appraisals. For the past 18 years I have held a Certified Residential Appraiser license.
I feel I can be of great assistance to potential buyers and sellers, due to my career as an appraiser. I was a Real Estate agent for 3 years in the early 1990's and decided to pursue a career in retail management. In 2006 I opened GSC Appraisals. Then, in 2024, I decided to get back into helping buyers and sellers with their Real Estate needs.
Originally, I’m from Central California, moved to the Newport area in 2015. My 3 younger children graduated from Newport High School. I enjoy living in an area that gets 4 seasons each year. I have been a board member of Northwoods Performing Arts in Newport, WA. I enjoy the theatre and singing, I support my community when the call for help comes, just as we did when the ELK fires happened where we cooked and served meals to approximately 100 people a day for 2 weeks.
